While we make every effort to adhere to them, it’s important to note that since these reports are individual and manually generated by our astrologers, some delays may occasionally occur. We will make our best efforts to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Delays, however, will not be considered as grounds for issuing refunds.

Refunds will not be considered for incorrect data provided by the customer. We kindly urge you to double-check all the data you enter. Refund requests arising from inaccuracies in the data provided by the customer will not be entertained.

In the event of any delay in the activation of subscription services, we will promptly address the matter and provide compensation on a pro-rata basis. Refunds will not be granted for products that are returned damaged. When products are ordered from www.VedicSathi.com, the customer assumes full responsibility for any damage that occurs to the product after delivery.

If an order was placed using the ‘cash on delivery’ payment method, the customer will be charged the cost of the product as displayed on www.VedicSathi.com, in addition to the relevant shipping, customs, or courier charges, as applicable, in the event the product is returned.
